I'm having problems. What do I do?

You can sign up in the counseling center at anytime to see me and I will call you down as soon as I can. We can visit about whatever is bothering you and it will remain confidential.

What if I am at home and really need someone trusted to talk to?

You can always call the Girls and Boys Town National Hotline for free. The number is 1-800-448-3000. There is a counselor available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to talk to you about any problem.

I have a friend who is having problems and needs help. What do I do?

Encourage your friend to sign up to see his/her counselor. If he or she doesn't do that, sign up to see your counselor. Your visit will be kept confidential and your friend will not know that you talked to the counselor about him or her.
