Coach Martinez
I am Josue Martinez, a dedicated educator and coach with a passion for making a positive impact in both the academic and spiritual spheres. Currently, I wear multiple hats as a 7th-grade math and pre-algebra teacher at Wilson Middle School, where I also serve as the Math Department head. My commitment to education extends beyond the classroom, as I'm deeply involved in coaching football, basketball, and track, providing students with valuable life skills through sports.
In addition to my role in education, I proudly serve in the US Army Reserve, where I continue to develop leadership and discipline. As an Associate Pastor at the Home Church of Haslet, I have a strong connection to my faith and a desire to inspire others on their spiritual journeys.
Family is at the core of who I am, as I am a proud father of six children with another on the way. Their growth and well-being are my utmost priority.
Looking ahead, I am excited to embark on a new venture by re-starting the Fellowship of Christian Athletes program at my school, where I aim to instill values of faith, teamwork, and perseverance in the next generation."
